After so long hearing about pastelmat and how good it is, I decided to try a sanded paper for this portrait of my friends dog ❤️. I liked working on it, it is true you can build up so many more layers so I think I will be using it now and then in the future. As for this pup, I caught him in such a great pose, don’t you think?
I’ve always dreamt of a way to support myself through art, and have attempted at different points in my life to make it happen. Strangely enough, the pandemic brought this dream to fruition.What began as a way to fill my time and earn money for charity has blossomed into a small business. I now take commissions to draw or paint people and pet portraits. It is because of you that I am succeeding to see a lifelong dream fulfilled and making so many people smile in the process.
